Research shows that carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions like CR7 Drive improve water absorption during exercise and help maintain endurance performance*, whether during a football match or a running session.

• Sachets: Dissolve 27 g (one sachet) of powder in 500 ml of water and shake. Best if consumed during exercise.

• Jar: Dissolve 27 g (2 tablespoons) of powder in 500 ml of water and shake. Best if consumed during exercise.

Ingredients
